to go up for everybody in america opinion >>> it is 5:45. it's been one year since a five- year-old boy was shot and killed near his family's taco truck in oakland. yesterday friends and family honored the life of gabriel martinez junior in front of the taco truck where he was hit by a stray bullet. police say the gunman ordered food from the truck and then started shooting. gabriel's family is calling on police to solve this in the new year. >> we are just angry. >> i don't hear anything. yet. i don't know if they do something about it. it's already past a year. >> police have release the video of the car that he used to get away. and a sketch. but police have not made any arrests in the case. >>> livermore looking for more clues after a body was found with several gunshot wounds. a jogger found the body near galaxy court just about 7:30 yesterday morning. the victim identified as kenneth o.k. don of livermore was pronounced dead at the scene. about 30 people showed up at a vigil for him last night. >>> also this morning police are searching for a man who stabbed two teenagers at azure
